4. Responsibilities & Obligations
4.1. Responsibilities of Employees & Contractors
• Employees and contractors must strictly handle confidential information on a need-to-know basis.
• All employees must sign a Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) as a condition of employment or engagement.
• Confidential documents must be stored in secure, access-controlled environments (e.g., encrypted cloud storage, secured servers).
• Employees must never share passwords, access credentials, or confidential files with unauthorised personnel.
• Any breach or suspected breach of confidentiality must be reported to the Denaee Compliance & Security Teamimmediately.
4.2. Responsibilities of Third-Party Service Providers & Partners
• Vendors, partners, and third parties handling confidential information must comply with this Confidentiality Policy and sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
• Access to sensitive data must be strictly controlled and monitored.
• Any subcontracting of services that involves handling confidential information must be pre-approved by Denaee and subject to additional security measures.
4.3. Responsibilities of Users
• Users must ensure their login credentials, passwords, and financial details are kept secure and not shared with unauthorised individuals.
• Users must immediately report any suspicious activity, data breaches, or unauthorised access attempts related to their Denaee accounts.
